Prayer Needed Again

This weekend our good friends and neighbors St. Betty and The Old Marine had to make the difficult decision to move their oldest daughter to hospice care. She suffered complications following a routine surgery and has been in ICU for more than a month to no avail.

Prayers for her, their family and friends are appreciated. It's been tough to go through this again so soon.

Oh, Jody, I am so sorry to hear this. My guess is that the Old Marine is not so old and that neither is their daughter. Know that they and their family and their daughter and her caregivers are surrounded by prayer from the North Coast.

Actually they are both 70 and their daughter is only 45. She was divorced for many years with no children and has been a practicing lawyer.

Oh, Jody -- I'm stunned. Oh, please know I'm praying for St. Betty and Diana. Oh, wow. Oh, sheez.
