Ahem.
Good friend Dorothy gave me this calendar today as a belated Christmas present.
I think I'm flattered she thinks I need help with this!

Tee hee!
Sadly, mine is too much in evidence.
LOL
I love it.
I was at a some Presbyterian event a few years ago when a group was trying to draft a resolution of some sort. People were trying to soften the language to the point that it would offend no one, and thus mean nothing. Someone, remarked, "I just want to say that it seems to me we are all doing an excellent job of getting in touch with our inner weasel."
That has been a part of my lexicon ever since.
For two years I got the "Great Quotes from Great Broads" daily, and this year I got "Wild Words from Wild Women", all from my husband.
Yours and mine are both flattering I believe.
If you come across a really good one on any particular day, do share, please.
We aren't allowed to use that word in our house and I can't imagine WHY that sweet Dorothy gave you this calendar.
I'm enjoying the "inner weasel" comment bunches! so funny!
We aren't allowed to use that word in our house either. Nor does Dorothy allow it in hers. But sometimes a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do!
Mike, I absolutely love the 'inner weasel" comment. Methinks I'll have more than one opportunity to use it this year at presbytery!
I dunno, weasels are known to be vicious little killers in the wild.
Perhaps another term for the condition of trying to satisfy all the people all the time so as to offend no one could be 'getting in touch with our inner waffle'.
My 2 cents ;)
eerrmmmm....I bet several of us could have written that.
You'll be passing along some of the advice you receive from this calendar won't you? I'm sure many of your readers could benefit from help in this area.
Hee hee!
