Adeste Fideles--Christmas Eve 2006

Yea, Lord, we greet thee!

Born this happy morning,
Jesus, to Thee be glory given;
Word of the Father,
Now in flesh appearing:
O come let us adore Him
O come let us adore Him
O come let us adore Him
Christ the Lord

Merry Christmas, friend!

(Where did the poem go?)

I published it by mistake--meant to save it as a draft. It's still a work in progress! I plan to publish it next week.

Merry Christmas to you and the Scientist!

QG -- Corcaroli and I were talking last night about favorite Christmas Carols and hymns. Can you recommend a cd with all the old time favorite hymns (O'Holy Night is Corcaroli's favorite)? I'd love to surprise him with a traditional Christmas hymn cd -- your musical talent has me hoping you can recommend something.
PS. Messiah by the Montiverdi Choir was an excellent treat.

j,too--
I recommend two cd's by the Choir of King's College Cambridge: Christmas Carols and Essential Carols. Sorry, there's no O Holy Night on either one--I think that is more an American favorite!
Both of these albums are available on ITunes and probably also on amazon.com.
